0165(2)(c) There are electrical wires alongside the home in the licensed yard that are loose and need to be attached to the house siding. 0165(3)(a) There are 3 screws sticking out of the railing on the ramp in the yard; there is a section of broken metal lattice covering a gap under the deck in the licensed yard that is partly broken and has sharp edges. 0165(3)(d) There are not child safety latches on washer or dryer. 0165(3)(f) The tall wooden cabinet in the kitchen is not anchored to the wall. 0165(4)(c) There was one glass light bulb in the living room fixture which was removed during the visit. 0165(4)(e) The bathroom sink water temperature was above 120 degrees F. 0165(5)(a) The bathroom, nap room, living room, and kitchen have accessible outlets that are not Tamper Resistant--they are covered by a plug-in cover but they need to be covered by a blank switch plate that screws into the wall. 0165(5)(b) The two outlets by the kitchen sink are not GFCI or TR; provider is planning to cover them with blank switch plates that screw into the wall.
